30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories.

Contact our support team with your order number to receive return instructions.

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you.
